Delicious Cities, a rapidly expanding culinary tour company, is seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our team of freelance guides in New York City, Miami, Philly, Park City (with more cities to come). Our luxury walking, travel and cooking tours introduce traveling foodies and culture-lovers to local fare, rising chefs, and innovative “food heroes”, spinning stories into delectable dishes. We see food as the highest form of love and connectivity, which is a sentiment we eagerly share with our guests.
About The Delicious Role
Are you a food enthusiast with a big, fun personality, knack for storytelling and a passion for hospitality? Delicious Cities is seeking dynamic, food-loving individuals who are excited to show off their city. As a Delicious guide, you'll lead engaging tours through local foodie hotspots, offering curated bites that showcase the rich histories and culinary innovations of each locale. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism will be the main aspect of our clients’ experience that will leave a lasting impression and memories, in addition to the tasty food. In this role, you will need to:
Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring clients' needs and safety are prioritized throughout the tour.
Speak confidently and knowledgeably about the food and historical aspects of the tours. We provide training and content, and you should be excited about supplementing our training with additional research for your own ability to shine at storytelling.
Track all expenses and submit receipts promptly.
About You

Animated and a natural storyteller, even in casual conversations.
Tuned into your local food scene and happy to geek out about the details of anything food adjacent.
Positive energy: you are genuinely excited about what Delicious Cities has to offer and about your role in sharing your knowledge and passion for diverse cuisine with others.
Customer service-oriented: we take pride in treating our guests like friends or family visiting from out of town. Thoughtful service is key to our brand.
Native English level.
Assertive and professional: able to work effectively with vendors/partners.
This role is freelance, allowing flexibility based on your schedule, and compensation is per tour (plus tips). Immediate availability is preferred.
